Smart Console - Lift/Lower Lever (VACC) Setup

Step 1: Enable Console Password

⚠️ CRITICAL: To change Parameters on GEN2 you must first ensure the console password function is ENABLED
💡 When to use this section: If the Console powered up without asking for a password, follow these steps before connecting to the controller.

Power On Console
Power on the console and select MENU CONSOLE

Enter Menu Console
Press OK to enter MENU CONSOLE

Enable Password
Select PASSWORD ENABLE and change to ON

Save Changes
Press Escape, then press OK to save changes

Power Cycle Console
Cycle the power to the console (turn off and back on)

Enter Password
The console will now ask you to enter the password
Default Password: 55555
Enter password and press OK

Step 2: Program Lift/Lower Lever (VACC)

⚠️ Important: Ensure password is enabled before proceeding with this section.

Select CAN Console
Select CAN CONSOLE and press Enter

Verify Settings
Ensure the following settings are correct, then press OK

View Controller Connection
Console will show the Controller that you are connected to. Press OK to continue.

Navigate to Program VACC
Scroll to PROGRAM VACC and press OK

Start Setup
Console will display the setup screen. Press OK to start the setup.

Calibrate Lower Position
Slowly push the lever to full lower position, then bring back to neutral
⚠️ Important: Move the lever SLOWLY for accurate calibration

Calibrate Lift Position
Slowly push the lever to full lift position, then bring back to neutral
⚠️ Important: Move the lever SLOWLY for accurate calibration

Exit Setup
Once calibration is complete, press ESC to exit

Save VACC Values
Press OK to save the programmed VACC values
✓ Success! The VACC programming procedure is now complete.

⚠️ CRITICAL REMINDERS:
  • Always enable password BEFORE programming VACC
  • Move lever SLOWLY during calibration
  • Return to neutral after each movement
  • Save changes when prompted
