🔌 Installation Instructions

When to Use: Add these additional contacts when you need to control reverse lamps or other auxiliary functions through the direction lever. The contact blocks mount to the side of the direction switch using the extended screws provided.

Installation Steps:

  1. Remove standard mounting screws from direction lever
  2. Install contact blocks (5282.8.001) in desired positions
  3. Secure with extended screws (5208.08.003)
  4. Connect reverse lamp wires according to your vehicle's wiring diagram
  5. Test all functions before final installation

Safety Note: Always disconnect power before installation. Verify that wire numbers and connections match your specific application. Improper installation can result in reverse lamps not functioning or staying on constantly.
