Overview
The MDI retains the Hour Meter value in its own memory. If a replacement inverter is required, the hour count can be transferred from the 1st inverter to the 2nd — ensuring no loss of the Hour Meter record for the machine.

Step-by-Step Procedure

Preparation
Disconnect the MDI and connect a Digital Console.

Access Configuration Menu
From the Opening Menu, press Top Left
+ Top Right
simultaneously to enter the CONFIGURATION menu.

Navigate to Adjustments
Scroll to CONFIG.MENU – ADJUSTMENTS. Press Enter, then scroll until display shows LOAD HM FROM MDI – OFF.

Enable Load Function
Press Top Right
once to change OFF to ON.

Confirmation
Display asks ARE YOU SURE?
— press Enter to confirm.

Return to Menu
Display shows CONFIG.MENU – ADJUSTMENTS. Press Out.

Complete Transfer
Open Key switch, disconnect Console, reconnect MDI. Close Key switch. The replacement inverter will now retain the hour meter value of the previous inverter.

— Reconnect MDI — Hour meter transferred ✓
Important
Ensure the Key switch is Open before disconnecting or connecting any components to prevent damage to electronic systems.
Success Indicator
After reconnecting the MDI, the replacement inverter will display the previous hour meter value — confirming a successful transfer.
