Flexi ACiON Parameters

Important: This document contains the complete parameter reference for ACE3 Traction, ACE2 Lift, and AC0 Steer inverters. Parameters marked with warnings should only be modified with authorisation from the Flexi Design Department.

Parameter Range Description
ACCELER. DELAY 0.1s ÷ 25.5s (0.1s steps) Acceleration ramp time: speeds motor from 0 Hz to 100 Hz. Software manages ramp based on speed set point.
RELEASE BRAKING 0.1s ÷ 25.5s (0.1s steps) Deceleration ramp after running request released: time to decelerate from 100 Hz to 0 Hz.
TILLER BRAKING 0.1s ÷ 25.5s (0.1s steps) Deceleration ramp after tiller/seat switch released: time to decelerate from 100 Hz to 0 Hz.
INVERS. BRAKING 0.1s ÷ 25.5s (0.1s steps) Deceleration ramp when direction switch toggled during drive: time from 100 Hz to 0 Hz.
DECEL. BRAKING 0.1s ÷ 25.5s (0.1s steps) Deceleration ramp when accelerator partially released: time from 100 Hz to 0 Hz.
PEDAL BRAKING 0.1s ÷ 25.5s (0.1s steps) Deceleration ramp when braking pedal pressed: time from 100 Hz to 0 Hz.
SPEED LIMIT BRK. 0.1s ÷ 25.5s (0.1s steps) Deceleration ramp on speed-reduction request: time from 100 Hz to 0 Hz.
MAX SPEED FORW 0% ÷ 100% (1% steps) Maximum forward speed as percentage of TOP MAX SPEED.
MAX SPEED BACK 0% ÷ 100% (1% steps) Maximum backward speed as percentage of TOP MAX SPEED.
SMART STOP SPD 10% ÷ 100% (1% steps) Maximum speed when Smart Stop active, as percentage of TOP MAX SPEED.
CUTBACK SPEED 1 10% ÷ 100% (1% steps) Maximum speed when cutback input 1 active, as percentage of TOP MAX SPEED.
FREQUENCY CREEP 0.6 Hz ÷ 25 Hz (0.1 Hz) Minimum speed when direction switch closed but accelerator at minimum.
MAX. CURRENT TRA 0% ÷ 100% (1% steps) Maximum current during acceleration as percentage of factory-calibrated maximum.
MAX. CURRENT BRK 0% ÷ 100% (1% steps) Maximum current during deceleration as percentage of factory-calibrated maximum.
ACC SMOOTH 1 ÷ 5 (0.1 steps) Acceleration profile: 1 = linear ramp, higher values = smoother parabolic profiles.
INV SMOOTH 1 ÷ 5 (0.1 steps) Acceleration profile during direction change: 1 = linear, higher = smoother parabolic.
STOP SMOOTH 3 Hz ÷ 100 Hz (1 Hz) Frequency at which acceleration profile smoothing effect ends.
BRK SMOOTH 1 ÷ 5 (0.1 steps) Deceleration profile: 1 = linear ramp, higher values = smoother parabolic profiles.
STOP BRK SMOOTH 3 Hz ÷ 100 Hz (1 Hz) Frequency at which deceleration profile smoothing effect ends.
AUXILIARY TIME 0s ÷ 10s (0.1s steps) For encoder version: time truck held in place if STOP ON RAMP option is ON.
ROLLING DW SPEED 1 Hz ÷ 50 Hz (1 Hz) Maximum speed for rolling-down function.

MIN LIFT VALUE 0.0 ÷ 5.0V Minimum voltage at input A3 (Lift Pot) that will run the pump motor.
MAX LIFT VALUE 0.0 ÷ 5.0V Maximum voltage at input A3 (Lift Pot) that will run the pump motor.
MAX LOWER VALUE 0.0 ÷ 5.0V Maximum voltage at input A3 (Lift Pot) that will open the Lower Valve.
LOWER THRESHOLD 0.0 ÷ 5.0V Minimum voltage at input A3 (Lift Pot) that will open the Lower Valve.
LIFT HEIGHT #1–#12 0.0 ÷ 10.0V Voltage at input ACE3 B3 (Laser) for Heights #1 through #12.
SET BATTERY 24V ÷ 48V Nominal battery voltage. Options: 24V, 36V, 48V.
ADJUST BATTERY Volt Fine adjustment of battery voltage measured by controller.
THROTTLE 0 ZONE 0% ÷ 100% (1% steps) Dead band in accelerator input curve.
THROTTLE X MAP 0% ÷ 100% (1% steps) Lift accelerator input curve (X axis).
THROTTLE Y MAP 0% ÷ 100% (1% steps) Lift accelerator input curve (Y axis).
BAT. MIN ADJ. -12.8% ÷ 12.7% (0.1%) Minimum level of battery-discharge table.
BAT. MAX ADJ. -12.8% ÷ 12.7% (0.1%) Maximum level of battery-discharge table.
MC VOLTAGE 0% ÷ 100% (1% steps) Duty-cycle (TON/TPWM) of PWM applied to main-contactor during first second after activation.
MC VOLTAGE RID 0% ÷ 100% (1% steps) Percentage of MC VOLTAGE applied to main-contactor after first second.

Parameter Range Description
ACCELER. DELAY Level 0 ÷ Level 9 (1 step) Acceleration ramp: time to speed up motor from 0 Hz to 100 Hz. Level 9 = longest time.
RELEASE BRAKING Level 0 ÷ Level 9 (1 step) Deceleration ramp: time to brake motor from 100 Hz to 0 Hz. Level 9 = most abrupt.
MAX. CURRENT Level 0 ÷ Level 9 (1 step) Maximum current as percentage of factory-calibrated maximum. Level 9 = maximum current.
HYDRO TIME 0.3s ÷ 10s (0.1s steps) Time steer motor continues running after SEAT Switch opened.
STEER SPEED 5 Hz ÷ 200 Hz (1 Hz) Speed motor runs at when steering function requested.
MOTOR OVER TEMP Variable Threshold for motor temperature warning.
SET MOTOR TEMP Variable Fine adjustment of motor temperature measured by controller.
SET BATTERY 24V ÷ 48V Nominal battery voltage. Options: 24V, 36V, 48V.
ADJUST BATTERY Volt Fine adjustment of battery voltage measured by controller.
ADJUSTMENT #02 Level 0 ÷ Level 9 Minimum level of battery-discharge table for calibration.
