Detailed Calibration Procedure (Pump ACE2 Inverter)

⚠️ CRITICAL: This is the DETAILED lift/lower lever calibration procedure using ADJUSTMENTS menu. Connect to Pump ACE2 Inverter.
🎯 Objective: Program the lift/lower lever by manually calibrating four specific voltage points for precise hydraulic control.

Find Calibration Menu
Use Key 1 to scroll until you see ADJUSTMENTS

Enter ADJUSTMENTS Menu
Access Calibration
Press Enter (Key 3) to access the ADJUSTMENTS menu

View MIN LIFT VALUE
Check Current Setting
Use Key 1 to scroll to MIN LIFT VALUE
This will show you the current value stored
Press Enter (Key 3)
Value changes to 1.0V
Note: 1.0V is the potentiometer in its Neutral (rest) position

Calibrate Minimum Lift
First Calibration Point
⬇️ Minimum Lift Position
  1. Use Key 1 to scroll to next value
  2. Move lever to MINIMUM LIFT position
  3. Voltage should show approximately 1.2V
  4. Keep lever in position
  5. Press Out (Key 2) to lock value
  6. Return lift lever to REST position
Target: ~1.2V

Calibrate Full Lift
Second Calibration Point
⬆️ Full Lift Position
  1. Press Enter (Key 3) - value changes to 1.0V
  2. Move lever to FULL LIFT position
  3. Voltage should show approximately 1.9V
  4. Keep lever in position
  5. Press Out (Key 2) to lock value
  6. Return lift lever to REST position
Target: ~1.9V

Calibrate Full Lower
Third Calibration Point
⬇️ Full Lower Position
  1. Use Key 1 to scroll to next value
  2. Press Enter (Key 3) - value changes to 1.0V
  3. Move lever to FULL LOWER position
  4. Voltage should show approximately 0.2V
  5. Keep lever in position
  6. Press Out (Key 2) to lock value
  7. Return lift lever to REST position
Target: ~0.2V

Calibrate Minimum Lower
Fourth Calibration Point
⬇️ Minimum Lower Position
  1. Use Key 1 to scroll to next value
  2. Press Enter (Key 3) - value changes to 1.0V
  3. Move lever to MINIMUM LOWER position
  4. Voltage should show approximately 0.9V
  5. Keep lever in position
  6. Press Out (Key 2) to lock value
  7. Return lift lever to REST position
Target: ~0.9V

Navigate to Save Option
Find AUX OUTPUT
Use Key 1 to scroll up until you see AUX OUTPUT V RID
Press Enter (Key 3)

Save Changes
Finalize Calibration
Press Enter (Key 3) to save the changes
✓ FINAL STEP: Cycle the key (turn off and back on) to complete the procedure
All Calibration Points Complete!

Lift lever detailed calibration finished. Cycle the key!

⚠️ CRITICAL REMINDERS:
  • ALWAYS keep lever in position when pressing Out (Key 2) to lock values
  • Return to rest position after each calibration point
  • Voltage values are approximate - slight variations are normal
  • Four calibration points required: Min Lift (~1.2V), Full Lift (~1.9V), Full Lower (~0.2V), Min Lower (~0.9V)
  • Must save changes at the end or calibration will be lost
