Lift/Lower VACC Programming

Lift/Lower Lever VACC Programming

Flexi ACiON Eco Smart Display - GEN2 Equipment

Program Lift/Lower Lever VACC

📋 Overview

This procedure explains how to program the VACC (Vehicle Accelerator) for the lift/lower lever on GEN2 equipment using the Eco Smart Display. The programming process calibrates the lever for both full lower and full lift positions.

Equipment Required: Flexi ACiON Eco Smart Display connected to the Pump Inverter

⚠️ Important Connection Point

Unlike traction VACC programming which connects to the Traction ACE3 Inverter, this procedure requires connection to the PUMP INVERTER

Important Notes

⚠️ Normal Behavior

When calibrating, the MAX value will return to 0.0 after releasing the lever to neutral. This is expected behavior and indicates the calibration is working correctly.

ℹ️ Both Positions Required

Both full lower and full lift positions must be calibrated for proper VACC operation. Do not skip either position.

↔️ Neutral Position

Always return the lever to neutral position after each calibration step. This ensures accurate calibration values are captured.

💾 Save Required

Always save changes after programming, or the calibration will not be retained. Ensure you press Enter (Key 3) when prompted to save.

🔄 Key Cycle Required

After completing the procedure, cycle the key switch to restart the system and apply the new calibration settings.
