Flexi ACiON - Program Traction VACC (ACE2 Inverter)

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This procedure programs the VACC on the Traction ACE2 Inverter using the ECO Smart Display
🎯 Objective: Program the accelerator pedal (VACC) for both Forward and Reverse directions to ensure proper traction control.

Access Password Screen
Initial Setup
Press Enter (Key 3) twice to access the Password Screen

Enter Password
Authentication Required
Enter your password using Keys 1 to 5
Note: Use the numeric keys to input your password. Ensure you have the correct password before proceeding.

Navigate to ZAPI Console
Menu Navigation
Use Key 1 to scroll until you see ZAPI CONSOLE
Press Enter to access the menu

Scroll to Main Menu Screen

Use Key 1 to scroll until you see the correct screen

Enter Main Menu
Access Programming Options
Press Key 3 to enter MAIN MENU

Navigate to PROGRAMM VACC
Find Programming Option
Use Key 1 to scroll until you see PROGRAMM VACC

Enter PROGRAMM VACC
Start Programming Mode
Press Enter (Key 3) to access PROGRAMM VACC
The display will now show you the current values that are programmed for the VACC

Start Programming
Initialize Calibration
Press Enter (Key 3) to start the programming
Min: 0.0 | Max: 0.0
Note: Both Min and Max values will show 0.0 at the start

Calibrate Forward Direction
Critical Step - Do Slowly!

🔴 Forward Direction Calibration

Procedure:
  1. Select FORWARD (Fwd) direction
  2. SLOWLY push pedal to the floor
  3. Watch the MAX Value change as you press
  4. Release the pedal back to neutral
⚠️ Important: When you release the pedal, the MAX value will return to 0.0 - this is normal!

Calibrate Reverse Direction
Repeat Process for Reverse

🔵 Reverse Direction Calibration

Procedure:
  1. Select REVERSE (Rev) direction
  2. SLOWLY push pedal to the floor
  3. Watch the MAX Value change as you press
  4. Release the pedal back to neutral
⚠️ Important: Same as forward - MAX value will return to 0.0 when released. This is expected!

Save Changes
Finalize Programming
Use Out (Key 2) to exit
Press Enter (Key 3) to save the changes
✓ FINAL STEP: Cycle the key (turn off and back on) to complete the procedure

VACC programming is complete. Remember to cycle the key!

📋 Quick Summary:
  1. Access password screen (Enter x2)
  2. Enter password (Keys 1-5)
  3. Navigate to ZAPI Console → Main Menu → PROGRAMM VACC
  4. Start programming (Enter)
  5. Calibrate Forward: Push pedal slowly to floor, release
  6. Calibrate Reverse: Push pedal slowly to floor, release
  7. Exit (Key 2) and Save (Key 3)
  8. Cycle key to complete
