📋 Lubrication Schedule: All grease points should be serviced every 500 hours or as specified in the service schedule. Use multi-purpose lithium-based grease unless otherwise specified.

Apply grease to mast channel sliding surfaces. Ensure even distribution along the full length of both inner and outer mast sections.

Grease mast roller bearings at designated grease nipples. Pump grease until clean grease appears.

Grease tilt cylinder pivot bushes at both upper and lower mounting points. Apply grease until it appears at bush edges.

Lubricate all tilt cylinder mounting pins and bushes. Check for wear during greasing.

Check and top up drive axle gearbox oil level. Use SAE 90 gear oil. Grease external bearings.

Lubricate pivot shaft bushes at articulation point. Grease both sides thoroughly.

⚠️ LUBRICATION BEST PRACTICES:
  • Always clean grease nipples before applying grease gun
  • Use only recommended multi-purpose lithium-based grease
  • Pump grease until clean grease appears (purging old grease)
  • Wipe excess grease to prevent dirt accumulation
  • Inspect for wear, damage, or leaks during greasing
  • Record all maintenance in service log
  • If grease point is blocked, clear or replace nipple

  • General Purpose: Multi-purpose lithium-based grease (NLGI Grade 2)
  • Mast Chains: Chain lubricant spray or brush-on type
  • Drive Axle: SAE 90 gear oil (1L capacity)
