Flexi ACiON - Program Lift/Lower Lever VACC (Pump Inverter)

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This procedure programs the VACC on the Pump Inverter (not Traction). Ensure you're connected to the correct inverter!
🎯 Objective: Program the lift/lower lever (VACC) to calibrate the hydraulic control for lifting and lowering operations.

Access Password Screen
Initial Setup
Press Enter (Key 3) twice to access the Password Screen

Enter Password
Authentication Required
Enter your password using Keys 1 to 5
Note: Use the numeric keys to input your password. Ensure you have the correct password before proceeding.

Navigate to ZAPI Console
Menu Navigation
Use Key 1 to scroll until you see ZAPI CONSOLE
Press Enter to access the menu

Scroll to Main Menu Screen
Navigation
Use Key 1 to scroll until you see the correct screen

Enter Main Menu
Access Programming Options
Press Key 3 to enter MAIN MENU

Navigate to PROGRAMM VACC
Find Programming Option
Use Key 1 to scroll until you see PROGRAMM VACC

Enter PROGRAMM VACC
Start Programming Mode
Press Enter (Key 3) to access PROGRAMM VACC
The display will now show you the current values that are programmed for the VACC

Start Programming
Initialize Calibration
Press Enter (Key 3) to start the programming
Min: 0.0 | Max: 0.0
Note: Both Min and Max values will show 0.0 at the start

Calibrate Lower Position
Critical Step - Do Slowly!

⬇️ Lower Position Calibration

🔽 Procedure:
  1. Push the lift lever to FULL LOWER position
  2. Watch the MAX Value change as you push
  3. Release the lever back to NEUTRAL
⚠️ Important: When you release the lever to neutral, the MAX value will return to 0.0 - this is normal and expected!

🔼 Procedure:
  1. Push the lift lever to FULL LIFT position
  2. Watch the MAX Value change as you push
  3. Release the lever back to NEUTRAL
⚠️ Important: Same as lower - MAX value will return to 0.0 when released. This is expected behavior!

Save Changes
Finalize Programming
Use Out (Key 2) to exit
Press Enter (Key 3) to save the changes
✓ FINAL STEP: Cycle the key (turn off and back on) to complete the procedure

Lift/Lower lever VACC programming is complete. Remember to cycle the key!

📋 Quick Summary:
  1. Access password screen (Enter x2)
  2. Enter password (Keys 1-5)
  3. Navigate to ZAPI Console → Main Menu → PROGRAMM VACC
  4. Start programming (Enter)
  5. Calibrate Lower: Push lever to full lower, release to neutral
  6. Calibrate Lift: Push lever to full lift, release to neutral
  7. Exit (Key 2) and Save (Key 3)
  8. Cycle key to complete
🔴 REMINDER: This procedure is for the PUMP INVERTER (hydraulic control), not the Traction inverter. Make sure you're connected to the correct system!
