🚨 Alarms & Diagnostics

LED Alarm Codes

1 BLINK: Logic Anomaly

EEPROM DATA KO, EEPROM PAR. KO, WATCHDOG - Check memory integrity, may require logic board replacement

2 BLINKS: Incorrect Start Sequence

Pedal pressed at key-on, stuck microswitch, or operator error

3 BLINKS: VMN Test Error

NO FULL CONDUCTION, VMN LOW - Motor wiring error or power unit failure

4 BLINKS: Accelerator High in Standby

VACC NOT OK - Potentiometer wire interrupted, not calibrated, or defective

5 BLINKS: Current Reading Error

I HIGH AT STAND, I=0 EVER - Current sensor failure, requires power unit replacement

6 BLINKS: Contactor Driver Malfunction

DRIVER SHORTED, COIL SHORTED - Overload or short circuit in contactor wiring

7 BLINKS: Thermal Protection

Temperature exceeded 80°C - Check heat sink mounting and ventilation

CONTINUOUS (32 BLINKS): Low Battery Charge

Battery < 10% residual charge - Recharge immediately, max current reduced to 50%

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES:
  • Never combine SCR low frequency choppers with H2B modules
  • During battery recharge, H2B must be completely disconnected
  • With key off, filter condensers may remain charged for several minutes
  • Start machine first time with wheels raised to check for connection errors
  • All maintenance must be performed by qualified personnel only
