Height Selection Procedure

ACiON · Node 5 (AE2PBH) – Pump Controller
Important – Follow Steps in Order
The teaching procedure must be carried out in the order set out below. If not, the Lifting function and Height Selection will fail to operate correctly.

Set Laser Measure sensor distance · Using Smart Console or Smart Display
Measure the distance from the front (glass) face of the sensor to the target when the mast is in the lowered position. Record this as Distance 'X' .
Then select AE2PBH Node 5 "PUMP" on the Zapi Smart Console or Smart Display, and follow the sequence below.

Read Observe sensor reading Displays distance from sensor to target
Set Enter value: Dist. 'X' − 200 00000 Example: if Dist. 'X' = 1000 mm, set to 800. Press to change integer. Repeat until 0v is displayed.
0v Confirm 0v output 0v
10v Select 10v input 10v
Set Set value to 5000. Press to change integer. 00000 Repeat until correct value is shown.
10v Confirm 10v output 10v

Height Selection – Menu Option AE2PBH · Node 5 "PUMP"
1. Scroll to Menu Options and press Enter.
2. Scroll to Height Selection and set to ON.
3. Scroll to OPT. HEIGHT #1 and set to ON.
4. If more than one height is required, scroll to the next OPT. HEIGHT and set to ON. A maximum of 12 heights can be selected.
5. When all required heights are selected, press Esc, then press OK, then recycle the key to store.

Adjustment – Teach Height Positions Menu Adjustment · Lift Height #1 onwards
1. Scroll to Menu Adjustment and press Enter.
2. Scroll to Lift Height #1 . Raise the forks to the first height position required — you will see the laser value change as the forks are raised.
3. Press OK to store the height.
4. If more than one height is required, scroll to Lift Height #2 and repeat the same teaching procedure. Repeat for all further heights as required.
5. When all height positions are set, press Esc, then press OK.
6. Scroll to Parameters Menu and press Enter. Scroll to LIFT HEIGHT CTB and enter 20%. Scroll to LIFT HEIGHT S.D and enter 0.5v.
7. Press Esc, then press OK, then recycle the key to store.
8. Finally, run and test the selected height(s).

Step order is critical. The teaching procedure must be carried out in the order set out above. If not, the Lifting function and Height Selection will fail to operate correctly.
Multiple warehouse zones. Height selection can be configured as required — for example, heights 1 to 6 could be assigned to Warehouse A, and heights 7 to 12 to Warehouse B.
