Prerequisite

Connect to the Pump Inverter before beginning this procedure.

Phase 1 · Access the Controller

Press Key 3 (Enter) twice to access the Password Screen.

Enter your password using Keys 1 – 5.

Use Key 1 to scroll to ZAPI CONSOLE then press Enter (Key 3).

Use Key 1 to scroll until you see the CONNECTED TO screen showing the Pump controller, then press Enter (Key 3). Pump

Press Key 3 to enter the Main Menu.

Phase 2 · Navigate to Program VACC

Use Key 1 to scroll through the Main Menu until PROGRAMM VACC is visible.

★ MAIN MENU ★ · PARAMETER CHANGE

Scroll to PROGRAMM VACC and press Enter (Key 3).

The display shows the current programmed VACC values. Press Enter (Key 3) to start programming — both Min and Max values will reset to 0.0.

Phase 3 · Teach Lower & Lift Positions Differs from Traction

Push the lift lever to the full lower position. You will see the MAX value change as you do this. Lower first

Release the lever back to neutral — the MAX value will return to 0.0. This is normal.

Repeat the same process for the full lift position — move lever to full lift, then release to neutral. Lift second

Phase 4 · Save & Complete

Once both positions are taught, press Out (Key 2) to exit.

The display will show ARE YOU SURE? — press Enter (Key 3) to save the changes.

Key Differences vs. Traction VACC Procedure

Traction VACC (Node 8)

Connect to ACE2 Traction Inverter CONNECTED TO: A2MT2C Select Fwd direction → push pedal to floor Repeat for Rev direction

Lift/Lower VACC (Node 16) ← This guide

Connect to Pump Inverter CONNECTED TO: A2MP2B Push lift lever to full Lower → release to neutral Repeat for full Lift position

Both positions must be taught. The teaching procedure must be completed for the full lower and full lift positions separately. Skipping either will result in an incomplete calibration.
