Connect to the
Traction ACE2 Inverter

Press Key 3 (Enter)
twice to access the Password Screen.

Enter your password using Keys 1 – 5.

Use Key 1
to scroll to ZAPI CONSOLE
then press Enter (Key 3).

to scroll until you see the CONNECTED TO
screen showing the Traction controller, then press Enter (Key 3).

Press Key 3
to enter the Main Menu.

Phase 2 · Navigate to Program VACC

Use Key 1
to scroll through the Main Menu until PROGRAMM VACC
is visible.

Scroll to PROGRAMM VACC
and press Enter (Key 3).

The display shows the current programmed VACC values. Press Enter (Key 3)
to start programming — both Min
and Max
values will reset to 0.0.

Phase 3 · Teach Forward & Reverse

Select Forward direction
and push the pedal fully to the floor. You will see the MAX value change
as you do this.

Release the pedal — the MAX value will return to 0.0. This is normal.

Repeat the same process for the Reverse direction
— select Reverse, depress pedal fully, then release.
Phase 4 · Save & Complete

Once both directions are taught, press Out (Key 2)
to exit.

The display will show ARE YOU SURE?
— press Enter (Key 3)
to save the changes.
ARE YOU SURE? · YES=ENTER NO=OUT
Both directions must be taught.
The teaching procedure must be completed for Forward
and Reverse
separately. Skipping either direction will result in an incomplete calibration.

Cycle the key to apply the saved VACC settings.
